We’ve just started a new series of videos where we have a look at beauty products and their ingredients and say what we think of them.
If you’ve got a product you are interested in let us know in the comments below. Let us know what attracted you to the product in the first place, what you think it does for you (or fails to do) and we’ll see if we can fit it into our schedule.
The most notable thing about this product is that it has, seven count them, seven benefits. That’s a lot of benefits. I think the biggest effect you are likely to get from this formulation comes from the niacinamide.

Design Essentials Coconut & Monoi Coconut Water Curl Refresher. Does exactly what it says, quenches my dry frizzy fine curly hair and gives my curls more definition and less frizz while making my hair look healthier and moist while not weighing it down. I make my own products and have been trying like heck to duplicate it with no luck. 🙁 Would love an analysis of the ingredients..
Love this idea as I’m constantly trying to duplicate formulas of products I love (without much success unfortunately) so this would be especially helpful for me. Please keep me posted. Another one I love is ColorDesigns HairDesigns Olio Oil. This is like the product I described above but based on silicones. Does the same thing – calms my frizz, defines my curls and makes my hair look really healthy but without dullness or weight. Not sure how they do it but it works!
