Miscreants who Moisturise
It is easy to get depressed with all the bad news in the papers and on the telly, so it is good to hear of a case where a wrong is righted and justice prevails. In the past women in German prisons were allowed to spend more on cosmetics than male ones.
A prisoner has challenged this in the courts and the judge ruled in his favour.
Whatever bad deeds they might have done, it was clearly hard on German metrosexuals to have to manage without thier regular fix of fragrant shaving balms, whatever crime they might have committed. And of course, there are also the rights of other prisoners. At least now they won’t have to share their space with unkempt and inadequately deodourised fellow inmates.
A significant blow for gender equality, and good news for grooming.
