I thought it might be helpful to mention that the book is also available directly from the Essentially Me website and we ship worldwide. The Amazon USA price is probably from someone who just pretends to have them in stock and lists all ISBN numbers – the reason we know this is because we are the publisher and we don’t have a US distributor at the moment!
